Patient Admission
Medical staff admits patient into the room and attaches a VSynC smart band for tracking vital signs. Medical staff will also record other data to the VSynC app.

Vitals Signs Recording
Using the VSynC application, automated spot check and a modified early warning score is automatically computed.

Dashboard Automatically Updated
Dashboard shows automated spot check vital sign readings on heart rate, respiratory rate and SpO2, allowing the nurse to minimize the need for manual monitoring.

A vital history is provided by the application for discharge.
